In October 2015 Andover Real Estate Partners joined forces with M Group and Coastal Ridge Management in acquiring on an off-market basis, The Abigail, a seven-story, 69-unit student housing apartment building which services students at a number of Columbus-area colleges, including: Columbus College of Art & Design, Columbus State Community College, Capital University Law School and Franklin University. The acquisition was financed with a fixed-rate loan through Barclays Bank.
